2 tbsp Mayo or 1 egg
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, plus a drop or two more, to taste
1 oil-packed anchovy fillet, finely chopped(optional)
1/4 c extra-virgin olive oil
Whisk all ingredients except olive oil together. Gradually whisk in olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
